At Natalie & Co., our mission is simple: we want your home to feel like a place where you can actually relax. Life is busy, and for many people, the workday doesn’t really end when they get home. There’s still laundry to put away, floors to clean, bathrooms to scrub, kitchens to reset, and an endless list of little things waiting for attention. When you’re already working hard and juggling everything else life demands, coming home to another list of chores can make your home feel like one more responsibility instead of the place where you’re supposed to recharge. We believe your time at home should be spent enjoying it—whether that means being with your family, having friends over, pursuing the things you love, or simply doing absolutely nothing for a while. Our goal is to carry some of that everyday burden for you by providing thoughtful, dependable, high-quality cleaning you can trust. We take care of the work behind a beautifully kept home so that when you walk through the door, you can exhale, settle in, and let home feel like a haven again.

What’s Included

For regular upkeep of a home that's already in reasonably maintained condition.

Starting at $170 for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, each additional bedroom or bathroom adds $30.

Throughout the home

  • Dust accessible surfaces, furniture, décor, lamps and shelving

  • Dust window sills and ledges

  • Dust ceiling fans and reachable light fixtures

  • Remove visible cobwebs

  • Wipe mirrors and glass surfaces

  • Wipe commonly touched surfaces

  • Straighten pillows/throws and lightly tidy surfaces

  • Make beds with existing linens

  • Empty household trash cans and replace liners

  • Vacuum carpets and rugs

  • Vacuum/mop hard floors

  • Vacuum accessible areas beneath furniture where possible

Kitchen

  • Clean and sanitize countertops

  • Clean sink and faucet

  • Clean stovetop

  • Wipe backsplash

  • Wipe exterior of appliances

  • Wipe microwave exterior + clean interior

  • Wipe cabinet fronts where visibly marked

  • Wipe table/counter seating area

  • Polish stainless steel

  • Empty trash

  • Vacuum/mop floor

Bathrooms

  • Clean/disinfect toilet

  • Clean tub and/or shower

  • Clean shower glass

  • Clean sink and vanity

  • Clean countertops

  • Clean mirrors

  • Polish faucets/fixtures

  • Wipe exterior of cabinetry where visibly marked

  • Empty trash

  • Vacuum/mop floor

Please Note

Routine Cleaning is intended for homes that are already in reasonably maintained condition. If, upon arrival, we determine that the home requires a higher level of cleaning than can reasonably be completed as a Routine Clean, the service may be reclassified and charged at our Deep Cleaning rate at our discretion.

This may include, but is not limited to, homes with significant dust or buildup, heavy grease, excessive soap scum, substantial pet hair, heavily soiled floors or surfaces, or homes that have not received a thorough cleaning for an extended period.

We will always communicate any change in service level and pricing with you before beginning additional work.

Routine Clean

Everything included in Routine Cleaning, plus detailed attention to areas that aren't addressed during regular maintenance cleaning.

Starting at $270 for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, each additional bedroom or bathroom adds $50.

Our most comprehensive cleaning service, designed for empty or nearly empty homes. Perfect for preparing your new home before moving in or leaving your previous home fresh and ready for its next residents.

Starting at $370 for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, each additional bedroom or bathroom adds $50.

Please Note: Homes should be empty or nearly empty at the time of service. Major appliances and heavy furniture are not moved. Permanent staining, mold remediation, biohazards, pest-related cleanup, and restoration services are not included.
